One motif, repeated until it fills the tape. That's what ippai means.
いっぱい means "lots" or "heaps of." BGM's IPPAI collection takes a single object and multiplies it across the whole tape, with gold foil stamping on washi. The result is a dense, orderly texture that works just as well as a subtle border as it does as a full-page background.
This is BGM's slim series: 15 mm, easier to handle for fine details and for working in small planners.
What makes BGM tapes special?
Real foil: the gold is hot-stamped, not printed. It changes with the light.
Japanese rice paper: semi-transparent and soft, you can write on it.
Premium adhesive: it sticks and peels off without tearing the paper.
Tears by hand: no scissors needed.
The two designs we brought:
Japanese Sweets (和菓子がいっぱい): dorayaki, dango, taiyaki and friends, repeated in gold. The more Japanese of the two.
Flower Bouquets (花束がいっぱい): little bouquets one after another, for more romantic pages.
Perfect for:
Bullet journaling: 15 mm fits in the margin without taking over the page.
Scrapbooking: as a repeating background behind photos and cutouts.
Letters and envelopes: seal the back with a strip of gold.
